Shipping/Delivery
We ship by air freight.
We are not responsible for unforeseen delays and/or delays caused solely by the courier, such as carrier delays, weather delays, or international customs inspections.
Once shipped, we are not responsible for delivery times.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be imposed by your country's customs authorities.
Delivery Time
Typically, our order processing time is 1-2 business days.
Orders in stock will be shipped the same or next day.
Standard delivery takes approximately 5-20 business days and is charged a flat fee of $8.99.
Business Express delivery takes approximately 3-12 business days and is charged a flat fee of $13.99.
Transit times may vary slightly depending on the destination country.
The above delivery times do not include order processing time.
Order Cancellation
Once an order/product has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Customers must wait for their order/product to arrive and sign for it before contacting our customer service team for assistance.
Unshipped orders can be canceled unconditionally.
Order/Shipping/Delivery Confirmation
Customers will receive an order confirmation email from us immediately after purchase, which contains your shipping address and product information.
Once the customer receives this email, their purchase is considered successful.
After shipment, we will immediately send an order confirmation email to the email address provided in the customer's order information.
This email will include the name of the shipping carrier, product information, tracking number, and tracking address.

Zeloian sells and ships products only to end users. If we suspect that you are purchasing products for commercial or professional purposes, are not a genuine customer, or attempt to exercise your cancellation rights in any unlawful manner, we will terminate your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order.
In this case, Zeloian will notify the customer via email that their order has not been accepted and will refund the unaccepted order.
Taxes
Prices listed on the Zeloian website are exclusive of all taxes, and we will not charge any taxes on orders.
However, we cannot guarantee whether the customs authorities in your country will charge taxes on your order.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be levied by your country's customs authorities.
Promotional Codes/Promotions
From time to time, we may offer promotional codes, promotions, holiday sales, or special discounts targeted at specific customer groups.
Promotional codes must be entered at checkout to be effective.
Attempts to add promotional codes after purchase or to contact Customer Service to request a refund for the difference in price will not be accepted.

RETURN
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If it is more than 30 days from the date of signing your order after purchase.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with return/refund or exchange services.
Any return or exchange request must be contacted with our customer service team in advance and qualified.
Any item sent back without communication will not be accepted.
To qualify for return, your item must be unused and uninstalled and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must also be in its original packaging and contain all accessories.
If the returned items are defective or lack of accessories or man-made damage.
We have the right to reject your return/refund or exchange request.
We have a complete quality inspection system.
We will check at least three times from the factory to the delivery to ensure the correctness and high quality of the products we send.
Customized products and gift cards are not returned.
REFUND
Once we receive and check your returned items, we will send an email to the mailbox reserved in your order to notify you that we have received your returned items, and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund in a timely manner and automatically provide a refund to your credit card or original payment method within 5 working days.
After the refund is successfully processed, a successful refund email will also be sent to inform the customer that we have successfully processed your order refund.
If your order includes additional transportation costs, such as expedited transportation costs, we will directly deduct the corresponding costs, and the refund amount will not include the original shipping cost of the order.
Your refund may take some time to be formally approved, which is usually announced in a timely manner.
If we inform you that the refund has not been posted more than a week after the successful refund, please contact your credit card company or paypal to confirm the exact posted time of the refund.
If you still haven’t received the refund and have contacted the bank or paypal, please contact our customer service team for help, and we will handle it properly for you.
EXCHANGE
If the items you receive are defective or damaged, we will replace them free of charge, excluding man-made damage.
We will judge whether it is necessary to replace the parts or the whole item according to the evidence of defects or damages provided by you.
If we decide to replace the entire item, it must be unused and not installed and in the same condition as when you received it and contain all accessories, and it must also be in the original packaging.
To qualify for replacement, please contact our customer service team to communicate your problems and provide evidence.
Customers can also choose to exchange goods directly, for example, they find that they prefer a certain product after receiving the goods.
We will choose to refund or charge the difference according to the price of the new items selected by the customer.
SHIPPING
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
